After overcoming a number of injuries down the stretch, the Pittsburgh Penguins remain one of the favorites in the Stanley Cup Playoffs and they will look to get their run started on Wednesday night when they host the Columbus Blue Jackets in the opening round.

Pittsburgh was able to sweep the regular season series between the two teams, but Penguins head coach Dan Bylsma is not letting that get in his team’s head.

“They were good hockey games,” Bylsma said, via “I don’t think you can say `Hey we won five’ and that’s going to have some large bearing on this series.”

Penguins star Evgeni Malkin returned to practice with the first team on Tuesday, so if he is able to return to the ice during this series they should be able to have a huge edge in the opening series of the playoffs.
