UFC fighter Uriah Hall discusses how he got his start in MMA

UFC middleweight Uriah Hall burst onto the scene as a standout on season 17 of “The Ultimate Fighter” with a vicious spinning hook kick knockout over Adam Cella, but there is much more to the fighter than his flashing striking techniques.

Hall spoke with AskMen.com about his humble beginnings and what inspired him to get into mixed martial arts, along with his desire to inspire children and help those who have been bullied during their youth.

It is a great look behind the man who we see inside of the octagon, and it also opens our eyes to the struggles and grueling work that the athletes put their bodies through in order to compete in MMA at the highest level.

You can check out the video of Hall’s interview below and head on over to AskMen.com for other great content.
