J.J. Watt is not only an All-Pro defensive lineman for the Houston Texans, but he’s one of the top people in the NFL having been a part of a number touching off-the-field moments during his career, including proposing to a six-year old fan to striking up a heartwarming relationship with the Berry family and visiting a young cancer patient.

Well, Watt was at it again posting a video on his Instagram page with a special needs child to prove to his friends at school that he was indeed friends with the Texans star.

The kid’s at Trey’s school didn’t believe that he was friends with Watt so the 2012 NFL Defensive Player of the Year had to post a video where he catches a pass from him to prove it. “All those of you that don’t believe Trey’s my friend, believe this touchdown, Watt said.”

There are a number of great men in the NFL with a number of charitable endeavors and active in the community and generous with their time with the less fortunate, but I’m not sure if any can match the perfect human that is J.J. Watt.
