The 2014 NBA Playoffs are set to begin this weekend, and the two-time defending champion Miami Heat are once again the favorites to bring home the Larry O’Brien Championship trophy.

Miami is an overwhelming 2-to-1 favorite, while the San Antonio Spurs are the top team in the Western Conference with 3-to-1 odds.

Outside of Miami and San Antonio, the Oklahoma City Thunder and Indiana Pacers are given solid betting odds, but there isn’t much respect for the rest of the field. If you want to bet on anyone outside of the top four teams, you have the chance to get a big return on your money.
