There are always a few players who really confused pundits and scouts when they declare for the NBA Draft.
When New Mexico State Aggies’ center Sim Bhullar decided to declare for the draft on Wednesday, he joined that list of players.
Josh Gershon of Scout.com was the first to report the news.
New Mexico State sophomore center Sim Bhullar is entering the NBA Draft, per a source.

Sports Illustrated’s Chis Mannix thinks it is a very poor idea.
Whoever is reportedly telling Sim Bhullar that it’s a good idea to enter the NBA draft is someone Bhullar should stop listening to.

The 7’5, 355-pound Bhullar obviously has insane size that sometimes makes scouts drool, but he has not been as effective as the Aggies would have probably liked. The sophomore, who is originally from Toronto, Ontario, averaged just 10.4 points, 7.8 rebounds, 3.4 blocks and 1.4 assists per game.
He is not ranked among Draft Express’ top 100 prospects.
