Haith, 48, came to Missouri after spending seven seasons with the Miami Hurricanes and only making one NCAA Tournament appearance. He went 30-5 in his first season with the Tigers, finishing second in the Big 12 before being upset int he second round of the tournament.
Since the move from the Big 2 to the SEC, Haith is 47-23 and only 20-16 in the SEC the past two seasons and missed the tournament this season. He was in serious danger of being fired, so it appears he is getting out before Missouri fires him.
Tulsa lost Danny Manning after two seasons earlier this month to the Wake Forest Demon Deacons. Manning led Tulsa to the Conference USA conference title and to the second round of the NCAA Tournament.
