Nick Foligno had hoped to be ready to go when his Columbus Blue Jackets opened their first round series against the Pittsburgh Penguins in the NHL playoffs. Instead, Foligno’s knee injury, originally suffered on April 3, kept him out of game one in Pittsburgh, and will keep him out of game two as well.

Foligno is hoping to return to the lineup on Monday when Columbus hosts Pittsburgh in game three. Hopefully for Columbus, Foligno will be returning to the lineup with the series tied at one.
Game two kicks off at 7pm ET on NBCSN.
