The Dallas Stars are down two games to the Anaheim Ducks in their Western Conference series, but the team is keeping their spirits high and appear to be maintaining their focus with the action return to the Lonestar State on Monday night.
“It doesn’t feel like an 0-2 series. We definitely haven’t been dominated,” said first-year Stars coach Lindy Ruff, via ESPN.com. “In fact, the last game we dominated, we just didn’t win. So we’ve got to clean up some of our mistakes and take advantage of some of those key opportunities.”
Dallas has lost each game by just one goal, so if they can get an extra edge from their home fans it may be all they need to finally finish on the right side of the final score.
