Video: UFC 172 Countdown specials

The UFC is back on pay per view this weekend with UFC 172 in Baltimore, Maryland. In the main event of the evening, UFC Light Heavyweight champion Jon Jones returns to face off against the heavy handed Brazilian, Glover Teixeira.

The card also features the return of former UFC Welterweight Anthony Johnson. After getting cut following his loss to Vitor Belfort at UFC 142, Johnson found his stride in the Light Heavyweight division in the World Series of Fighting. Johnson is on a six fight winning streak including four knockouts. He will look to continue his hot streak when he faces off against top contender, Phil Davis in the co-main event of the evening.

The event is stacked with a ton of name talent that are sure to bring fireworks. Former StrikeForce Middleweight champion, Luke Rockhold takes on Tim Boetsch on the main card. In the main event of the prelims, former Flyweight title challenger Joseph Benavidez looks to rebound against a very game Tim Elliott. The former Pride Lightweight champion, Takanori Gomi returns to the Octagon on the card as well.
