Michigan starting OL Graham Glasgow facing drunk driving charges

Last month, the Michigan Wolverines announced that starting offensive lineman Graham Glasgow had been suspended for “violating team standards,” but there was no information provided about what caused the suspension.

The only information was that Glasgow was arrested for a “driving-related offense” and the Detroit Free Press is reporting that Glasgow’s arrest was for operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

Glasgow is no stranger to suspensions, so it will be interesting to see what the new standards mean for Glasgow’s future this season.

Heading in to the season, Glasgow was expected to be one of the top players on Michigan’s offensive line this season, but the latest details relating to the arrest could make it difficult for the offensive lineman to avoid any further punishment.
