1. Houston Texans – Jadeveon Clowney – DE – South Carolina

This one was the biggest landslide of the entire mock. Not only was Clowney the landslide winner, but it was the only pick that only had two prospects on the list with Blake Bortles being the other.

Jadeveon Clowney – 17
Blake Bortles – 3

2. St. Louis Rams – Greg Robinson – OT – Auburn

This was another clear cut winner. However, this was the first appearance of a few trades in the different mocks. I’ve simply grouped all the trades together in one group along with the other vote getters.

Greg Robinson – 11
Trade – 3
Kalil Mack – 2
Jake Matthews – 2
Jadeveon Clowney – 1
Sammy Watkins – 1

3. Jacksonville Jaguars – Kalil Mack – OLB – Buffalo

The majority has clearly moved away from the Jags selecting a QB with this pick. Not only did Mack have the clear majority, but even if you added up all the different mocks that had them taking a QB the combined total would still be a couple short of the number that had Jax taking Mack with this pick.

Kalil Mack – 9
Johnny Manziel – 5
Sammy Watkins – 2
Jadeveon Clowney – 2
Blake Bortles – 1
Teddy Bridgewater – 1

4. Cleveland Browns – Sammy Watkins – WR – Clemson

This is the last of the clear majority winners. Just like the Jags, the majority opinion has the Browns passing on a QB with their first pick. The Browns do have a second first round pick, so Cleveland fans may get their QB later in the round.

Sammy Watkins – 10
Johnny Manziel – 5
Jake Matthews – 3
Blake Bortles – 1
Derek Carr – 1

5. Oakland Raiders – Johnny Manziel – QB – Texas A&M

This is where things get interesting. The top vote getter with this pick was actually Sammy Watkins but he’s no longer available. After that it was a four way tie between Manziel, Blake Bortles, Jake Matthews, and Kalil Mack. Mack is also off the table and since more mocks had Oakland going QB than OT I eliminated Matthews. Then when I looked at the mocks that had Oakland taking a QB I noticed that four of the six had Manziel being drafted before Bortles so that’s why I made Johnny Football the pick here.

Sammy Watkins – 5
Johnny Manziel – 3
Blake Bortles – 3
Jake Matthews – 3
Kalil Mack – 3
Trade – 2
Mike Evans – 1

6. Atlanta Falcons – Jake Matthews – OT – Texas A&M

This was a split between Matthews and Greg Robinson (who isn’t even available). At this point most don’t believe Clowney or Mack will fall to Atlanta at pick #6 so if they want one they will need to move up to do it.

Jake Matthews – 7
Greg Robinson – 6
Taylor Lewan – 2
Anthony Barr – 2
Trade – 1
Kalil Mack – 1
Eric Ebron – 1

7. Tampa Bay Buccaneers – Mike Evans – WR – Texas A&M

This was another landslide with over half the drafts having Evans as the pick. Four teams did have them going QB with this pick, which is more than I expected.

Mike Evans – 12
Johnny Manziel – 2
Blake Bortles – 2
Taylor Lewan – 2
Trade – 1
Greg Robinson – 1

8. Minnesota Vinkings – Blake Bortles – QB – Central Florida

This is the pick that I decided to alter in order to keep the overall accuracy of this consensus mock. Bridgewater was the actual top vote getter so if you think the Vikings actually like him better, you can definitely argue for him being the pick here, but seven of the nine teams that had Bridgewater or Bortles as the pick here had Bortles being drafted before Bridgewater.

Teddy Bridgewater – 6
Blake Bortles – 3
Trade – 2
Derek Carr – 2
Johnny Manziel – 2
Kalil Mack – 2
HaHa Clinton-Dix – 1
Aaron Donald – 1
CJ Mosley – 1
