Russell Westbrook hits game-tying four-point play (Video)

Game 3 of Grizzlies-Thunder is going as expected as Tony Allen and Russell Westbrook traded buckets down the stretch of a close game, but Westbrook got the last laugh on the defensive superstar as he drew a foul on Allen while shooting a three-pointer, sinking the jumper to tie the game with less than 30 seconds left on the clock.

Following Westbrook’s crazy three, Mike Conley and Kevin Durant traded back-to-back missed baskets that force the two teams to go into overtime.

With Kevin Durant and the rest of the team struggling, Westbrook has been forced to do a lot of heavy lifting on the offense. Even then, he’s playing into the hands of the Memphis Grizzlies by taking 24 shots, 11 coming from behind the arch. His partner-in-crime in KD is having just as bad a night as he’s shooting 10-of-26, missing all seven of his shots from three.

The Memphis Grizzlies currently have a three-point lead with 13.9 seconds left on the clock. A win from either would give them a 2-1 lead in the series.
