When the Buffalo Bills selected quarterback E.J. Manuel with their first-round selection in the 2013 NFL Draft, the expectations were that Manuel would be the guy under center for the next decade in Buffalo. However, a shaky rookie season plagued by three knee injuries has led many to wonder if the team will select another QB in the upcoming draft.
During Friday’s pre-draft press conference at One Bills Drive in Orchard Park, NY, Bills general manager Doug Whaley addressed the possibility of not only selecting a QB in the draft, but selecting one in the first round.

Whaley continued to say that when the team need Manuel the most, he came through for them.
