College football betting odds: Opening week 2014 spreads released; Notre Dame, Alabama big favorites

The college football season is still a ways away, but it will be here before we know it and so will the tremendous opening week that is slated for this season.

We’re treated to some huge matchups this year to get the college football season kicked off, including showdowns between defending national champion Florida State and Oklahoma State, Alabama and West Virginia, and Notre Dame squaring off against a rising Rice Owls program.

Again, while still a little bit away, the folks at 5 Dimes have released the opening week betting odds, which you can have a look at below:
