Georgia Bulldogs' receiver makes his own 'Star Wars' movie (video)

Georgia Bulldogs senior wide receiver Chris Conley has been busy with a huge project away from the football field. Not only has he been dealing with workouts and preparing himself for the 2014 season, but he’s been working on his very own ‘Star Wars’ project.

Star Wars is one of the most popular franchises in the history of film. You have adults who grew up watching these movies, passing on their love for these epic films onto their children. Conley happens to be a huge fan of the franchise itself, which led him to writing, producing, directing, acting-in and editing the film that was shot on Georgia’s campus.

What’s also great about the trailer that you’ll be able to watch at the end of this article, is that Georgia Bulldogs head coach Mark Richt makes a brief cameo. I watched the trailer before typing this up and I have to say that I’m pretty impressed. I wouldn’t mind watching this as the special effects look fairly decent.

It’s safe to say that the force is strong with this Bulldogs receiver.

Here’s a look at the trailer for Georgia Bulldogs senior Chris Conley’s ‘Star Wars: Retribution’ fan-made film:
