New York City developer, Howard Milstein, has apparently expressed interested in purchasing the Buffalo Bills. The information was disclosed by two individuals who wish to remain anonymous because Milstein himself has yet to make his wishes known to the public.

Milstein is no stranger to owning professional sports franchises. He co-owned the New York Islanders for two years; from 1998 to 2000. He also had a bid on the Washington Redskins in 1999, which he eventually withdrew due to lack of support.

The Buffalo Bills previous owner, Ralph Wilson, died last March and the team will soon be put on the market.

Milstein has the intention of keeping the Bills in western New York, which will go over very well with fans.

There has been speculation for since the beginning of April that Howard Milstein was indeed interested; this is the first report that he may be seriously preparing a bid.
