NFL Rumors: Cleveland Browns sign Zac Diles

The Cleveland Browns made a big splash on Wednesday by signing a pair of quarterbacks. They agreed to terms with both Tyler Thigpen and Vince Young and the two will both have a chance to make the roster.

That, however, isn’t the only move the Browns made on Thursday.

According to Nate Ulrich of The Akron Beacon-Journal, they have also signed linebacker Zac Diles.

The Browns later confirmed the report.

Diles was originally drafted with the 218th overall pick in the seventh round of the 2007 Draft by the Houston Texans. The former Kansas State Wildcat spent four years in Houston before signing with the St. Louis Rams. He then had stints with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Indianapolis Colts, Tennessee Titans (twice) and Kansas City Chiefs.

Diles has 238 career tackles.
