EA Sports Madden 15 ESPN poll: Johnny Manziel wins vote of player people most looking forward to; Aaron Rodgers second

Johnny Manziel hasn’t played a down in the NFL yet. Heck, we don’t even know what team he’s going to be playing for this upcoming season as the 2014 NFL Draft is still six days away, but despite him not even officially being part of the league yet, he’s already topped a Super Bowl winner in something as Manziel recently was voted, in a poll by ESPN, as the player folks are most looking forward to playing with in EA Sports’ Madden ’15.

ESPN sent out the poll and Manziel came in first place with 29% of the vote. Green Bay Packers QB Aaron Rodgers came in second with 17% of the vote while Calvin Johnson landed the third spot, bringing 13%.

Even with Manziel’s lack of professional experience, honestly, the vote shouldn’t be all that surprising because who isn’t looking forward to pulling something like this off on their XBox or Playstation…

Rodgers is an amazing NFL quarterback, there’s no doubt about that, but games like Madden were made for someone with the attributes that Manziel brings to the table.
