On Friday night, the Brooklyn Nets built a huge lead and held off the Toronto Raptors 97-83 for a Game 6 victory that forced a decisive Game 7 on Sunday.

Apparently that victory gave the Nets a lot of confidence because according to Stefan Bondy of The New York Daily News, Nets’ forward Andray Blatche is guaranteeing a Game 7 victory.

Blatche should expect to win, but in this series, things are far from guaranteed. The teams have gone back and fourth and big leads have been blown on several occasions. So far, the series has shaken out like this:

Game 1: Nets 94, Raptors 87
Game 2: Raptors 100, Nets 95
Game 3: Nets 102, Raptors 98
Game 4: Raptors 87, Nets 79
Game 5: Raptors 115, Nets 113
Game 6: Nets 97, Raptors 83

Blatche, who has helped the Nets more than anyone could have imagined since being waived by the Washington Wizards via the amnesty clause, is averaging just 6.6 points and 4.6 rebounds per game after averaging 11.2 points and 5.3 rebounds per game during the regular season.
