The biggest story of the week was the racist comments made by Los Angeles Clippers owner and the immediate fallout from the incident. Naturally, the folks at Saturday Night Live roasted the whole ordeal brilliantly with Bobby Moynihan playing a dopey version of Sterling trying to defend himself by bringing out different famous people to speak on his behalf.

The highlights included when Jay Pharoah came out as Dennis Rodman to defend Sterling’s honor and endorse his character. Keenan Thompson came out as former Los Angeles NAACP president Leon Jenkins to try and defend why he took money from Sterling despite his racist ways.

We can always lean on SNL to roast the biggest news stories of the week and this was one of those times we are glad the show is around. It was a given that they were going to go after Sterling and they could’t have nailed it anymore than they did.
