Man wears nothing but tire to Talladega Nascar race (Video)

I’m sure the vast majority of us remember Denver Broncos superfan Tim McKernan who spent years dressing up in nothing but a barrel in the crisp Colorado weather.

Well, it seems as if a Nascar fan has attempted to one-up such a costume as he showed up at Sunday’s Talladega race wearing nothing but a pair of suspenders and a tire.

Television cameras captured the odd outfit as the fan was seemingly walking into the race track with what appeared to be a somewhat shamed friend who made sure to walk a few steps behind the tire wearer.

I’m going to (hopefully) assume that he was wearing some type of undergarment on the other side of the tire, but I can’t imagine that was a very comfortable get-up either way. Add in the hot weather and the fact that the tire isn’t exactly the most light thing to carry around for five or six hours (suspenders or not), that might have been an outfit he regretted after arriving at the track.

Certainly interesting.
