The Minnesota Wild looked poised to steal Game 1 of the second round series of the 2014 Stanley Cup Playoffs against the Chicago Blackhawks on the road. Instead, the Blackhawks came from behind scoring three third period goals to tie the game and eventually take the lead and win.
Two of those late goals came from Patrick Kane.
“He’s a tremendous skill player who seems to find a way to play his best when the games matter the most,” Wild coach Mike Yeo said, via ESPN. “You always have to be aware of him when he’s on the ice.”
