CM Punk competing in the 'Shoot the Puck' contest (video)

Former or current (pending) WWE Superstar CM Punk attended the Chicago Blackhawks and Minnesota Wild playoff game yesterday. He even participated in their ‘Shoot the Puck’ contest but sorta failed miserably.

Now what was interesting in this video, is that Punk was listed as a ‘WWE Professional Wrestler’. He was announced as a WWE Superstar and even had his ‘Cult of Personality’ theme song blaring over the P.A. system during the contest. CM Punk is a huge Chicago Cubs/Blackhawks fans and attends as many games as he possibly can.

Right now he’s enjoying some Chicago Blackhawks playoff games as he notes in the video that he’s been to nearly every playoff game this season but two in St. Louis. Which is pretty impressive. Whenever Punk isn’t competing in the squared circle, you can either find him in the stands watching some hockey or at ‘The Friendly Confines’ of Wrigley Field to watch his Cubbies.

He’s a Chicago guy through and through even though he has lived in Pennsylvania before. It was great to see CM Punk back on some sort of media outlet. The guy appears to be very happy and healthy. I’m sure the last thought on his mind right now is professional wrestling.

CM Punk will be attending the rest of Chicago’s playoff games. Punk can afford it, so why not?
