The NFL Draft is just days away, and NFL teams are trying to sort out what they’re going to do with their picks. The Cleveland Browns could be tempted to give Brian Hoyer a shot at a full season as the starting quarterback, or they might be tempted to take one of this year’s crops with their No. 4 overall pick.
According to NFL media insider Ian Rapoport, Browns owner Jimmy Haslam “loves” Texas A&M quarterback Johnny Manziel.
