NHL Playoffs 2014: Friday schedule, start times announced

As the Stanley Cup Playoffs continue to progress, the NHL has announced the start times for the two games that will be taking place on Friday night. The two games taking place on Friday night will be the New York Rangers at Pittsburgh Penguins and Chicago Blackhawks at Minnesota Wild.

The Penguins and Rangers will be taking the ice for Game 5, while Chicago vs. Minnesota will be Game 4.

The NHL announced the following on Monday, via NBC Sports:

The starting time for Game 5 of the series between the Pittsburgh Penguins and New York Rangers has been set for 7 p.m. ET in Pittsburgh.

The starting time for Game 4 of the series between the Chicago Blackhawks and Minnesota Wild has been set for 9:30 p.m. ET/8:30 p.m. CT in Minnesota.

As you would expect, the games will be played on NBCSN and live coverage will be available online and on your mobile device on NBC Sports Live Extra.
