NHL Playoffs 2014: Marcel Goc roughing penalty on Dominic Moore (GIF)

The Pittsburgh Penguins and New York Rangers resumed their second round series tonight as the series shifted to Madison Square Garden in New York and things got a little chippy early in this one.

Penguins center Marcel Goc got tangled up with Dominic Moore at the 5:16 mark in the first and things got a little heated as they tend to do in the playoffs.

The Penguins killed off the resulting two-minute penalty assessed to Goc for roughing and the two teams went into the first intermission scoreless.

Pittsburgh and New York are tied in the series at one game a piece.

You can watch the remainder of the game on the NBC Sports Network.
