There seems to be a common belief that Oklahoma State cornerback Justin Gilbert is the top player at his position in the 2014 NFL draft class, but there are still players like Darqueze Dennard of Michigan State and Kyle Fuller of Virginia Tech that are also expected to go in the first round.
One of the teams who are hoping to land a quality defensive back in this year’s draft is the Philadelphia Eagles, who reportedly “love” Fuller’s skill set and what he can bring to the field.
From Jeff McLane of The Philadelphia Inquirer:
Keep hearing the #Eagles love, love — did I say, “love?” — Va. Tech CB Kyle Fuller. Problem is he probably won’t last until No. 22.

If Fuller is available, the Eagles will likely rush their draft card to Roger Goodell up on the podium.
The only question, as McLane points out, is whether or not the team will be able to sit back and have Fuller fall into their laps.
We will have our answer on Thursday night.
