The Houston Texans are interested in trading out of the No. 1 overall pick in the NFL Draft, which kicks off Thursday. Unfortunately for the Texans, they’re struggling to find trade partners and they have pretty lofty demands.

According to Jay Glazer of FOX Sports, a team in the top 10 called the Texans and asked about the pick, and Houston told them it’d take three first-round draft picks and a second round.

“The Houston Texans said, ‘If you want our pick, it’s three number ones and a two,’” Glazer said. “When RG3 was traded, that’s what they got. . . . But, no. No one’s giving up three number ones and a two.”

That seems incredibly ridiculous as Glazer pointed out, maybe two first-rounders and two second-rounders, or two first-rounders, a second and third. Maybe as the draft approaches one team gets desperate though and will meet the Texans offer or they’ll get desperate and lower their price, there were reports that the Texans could legitimately move down.
