Mississippi State baseball Mother's Day uniforms revealed (Photos)

This Sunday marks Mother’s Day, and one of the more wonderful sights annually are how well teams participating in athletic events honor breast cancer awareness with the utilization of the color pink. Too many sons and daughters around the world have lost mothers to the terrible disease, so it touches some just that much more.

In anticipation of this Mother’s Day, the Mississippi State baseball team will be one of the squads utilizing the pink color in their uniforms, right from the jerseys down to the batting gloves.

This was a wonderful job done by the university as well as Adidas to design and put these uniforms together for Sunday’s festivities, and it’s also great to see so many more participating in honoring Breast Cancer Awareness every Mother’s Day.

Some things in life are more important than sports and it shows when college teams or professional organizations do something such as this.
