After months of anticipation, the first round of the 2014 NFL Draft is now officially over and there is a new crop of talent that is heading to the NFL.
The first round was not short of excitement, especially with the fall of Texas A&M quarterback Johnny Manziel all the way to no. 22, where the Cleveland Browns made a trade up with the Philadelphia Eagles to land the dynamic, dual-threat that they have coveted for quite some time now.
Unfortunately though, there are some that aren’t as lucky as Manziel. While he was saved from the unenviable fate of falling to the second round, there is a host of others that saw their dreams of being a first-round NFL Draft pick die.
Still, though, not all hope is lost as these players will certainly find a team, more than likely on Friday when the second round gets underway.
With that being said, let’s have a look right now at some of the best players that are still available to be chosen by some franchise very shortly.
