List of Baltimore Ravens 2014 NFL Draft Picks
By Jack Crosby
The Baltimore Ravens, just two years removed from winning the Super Bowl, are looking to get back to the promised land and that journey took another step in the right direction with their selections in the 2014 NFL Draft.
To start things off, in typical Ravens fashion, head coach John Harbaugh decided to go the way of some defensive help with the selection of Alabama LB C.J. Mosley, who will now look to fill the Ray Lewis role.
Here’s a look at the complete list of Ravens draft picks for 2014.
Rd 1 – #17(17) | C.J. Mosley (ILB) Alabama |
Rd 2 – #16(48) | Timmy Jernigan (DT) Florida St |
Rd 3 – #15(79) | Terrence Brooks (S) Florida St |
Rd 3 – #35(99) | Crockett Gillmore (TE) Colo St |
Rd 4 – #34(134) | Brent Urban (DT) Virginia |
Rd 4 – #38(138) | Lorenzo Taliaferro (RB) Coast Car |
Rd 5 – #35(175) | John Urschel (OG) Penn State |
Rd 6 – #18(194) | Keith Wenning (QB) Ball St |
Rd 7 – #3(218) | Michael Campanaro (WR) W Forest |
As you can see, the theme started with defense and it stayed that way with the selections of two members of that stout Florida State defense from last season.
