The first round of the NFL Draft is over and done with, and this can mean only one thing, it’s time to start thinking about football.

One of the most popular sports video games is Madden and with each new iteration there are various improvements made.

Since this is the case, EA Sports has decided to begin the cover vote for Madden 15.

There will be four rounds of voting with the winner to be announced on June 6. The big change with the vote this time is that there will be 16 candidates instead of normally 32.

These are the entries for round one:

  • Cornerback Richard Sherman (Seattle) vs Wide Receiver Alshon Jeffery (Chicago)
  • Tight End Jimmy Graham (New Orleans) vs Running Back Eddie Lacy (Green Bay)
  • Wide Receiver Demaryius Thomas (Denver) vs Linebacker Luke Kuechly (Carolina)
  • Quarterback Colin Kaepernick (San Francisco) vs Quarterback Nick Foles (Philadelphia)
  • Quarterback Cam Newton (Carolina) vs Wide Receiver Antonio Brown (Pittsburgh)
  • Running Back Jamaal Charles (Kansas City) vs Wide Receiver A.J. Green (Cincinnati)
  • Running Back LeSean McCoy (Philadelphia) vs Wide ReceiverT.Y. Hilton (Indianapolis)
  • Quarterback Andrew Luck (Indianapolis) vs Running Back Alfred Morris (Washington)

Also, the great developers at EA Tiburon will celebrate the first round of the NFL Draft by inserting each of the first round’s 32 draftees into Madden Ultimate Team card packs in Madden 25.

Madden 15 will hit the shelves on August 26 for PS3,PS4, Xbox 360 and Xbox One.

You can leave a comment below with your thoughts on this and who you think will make it to the next round of voting.
