ABC Releases Their 2014-15 Primetime Schedule


It is that time of year when all the major networks begin to build their programming lineups for the new season. Yesterday, we showed you the lineups put together by competitors Fox and ABC. Now, we have a look at the 2014-15 Primetime Schedule for ABC.

ABC will be debuting twelve new series on their network, two of which will take hold during mid-season to bridge the gap between the fall finales and winter premieres. According to ComingSoon.net, Marvel’s newest venture Agent Carter will serve to bridge the gap in Marvel’s current television project Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. A new series by the name of Galavant will serve the purpose for their highly popular fantasy series Once Upon a Time.

Monday nights will see the return of the popular dance competition series Dancing with the Stars and the seventh season of Castle.

Tuesdays will bring three of the network’s new series Selfie, Manhattan Love Story, and Forever coupled together with the recently renewed Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.

On Wednesdays, we will see the premiere of one new series, Black-ish, coupled together with comedy powerhouses The Middle, The Goldbergs, Modern Family, and the drama Nashville.

Thursday will being fans a night full of drama. The new series How to Get Away with Murder will debut in the 10 o’clock slot with lead-ins from Grey’s Anatomy and Scandal.

Friday nights will be a healthy mix of comedy and reality. The night will kick off with the comedies Last Man Standing and the new series Cristela. These will be followed by a reality block containing Shark Tank and 20/20.

As you already know, Saturday nights will be dominated by Saturday Night Football.

Finishing off the weekend with a bang, they will continue on with the mainstays America’s Funniest Home Videos, the fantasy series Once Upon a Time, and dramas Resurrection and Revenge.
