NHL Playoffs 2014: Milan Lucic argues with Dale Weise, Alexei Emelin during handshake (Video)

The Boston Bruins have no more hockey left to play, but Milan Lucic wasn’t short on words for his victors during the handshake session following Montreal’s Game 7 win over the Bruins. Lucic and Habs stars Dale Weise and Alexei Emelin have no love lost between the three of them and we saw just how testy the relationship is when Lucic appeared to want to start something after the game.

Nothing did happen, but a lot of hot air was blown the way of Weise and Emelin by way of Lucic.

It’s a surprise that nothing did happen, but after a physical and draining seven game series, the Habs have better things to worry about then Lucic getting his feelings hurt over losing the series.

Still, it’s always interesting when the Bruins and Habs play and that has everything to do with the physicality they bring. Clearly, as we saw after Game 7, that physicality extends beyond the boarders of a game and sometimes tries to spill over into the postgame handshake.
