2014 NCAA Men’s Lacrosse Tournament, Notre Dame vs. Albany: Live stream, start time, TV info and more

Saturday afternoon, we’ll get closer to finding out who will be the 2014 NCAA Men’s Lacrosse national champion as the quarterfinals of the tournament get underway for the weekend, and in the second contest of the afternoon, Albany will be taking on the sixth-seeded Notre Dame Fighting Irish.

Much like Bryant who will be taking on Maryland in the opening game, Albany was not expected by many to be in this position. They were faced with a tough challenge in their opening round game against third-seeded Loyola, but they were able to pull off the shocker and walk away advancing with a commanding 13-6 win, showing that Notre Dame should not take this team lightly at all.

The Irish come into this one with an overall record of 10-5 and won their opening round game over Harvard easily, 13-5. Will they be the next upset victim at the hands of Albany? There’s a very good chance that we could see another shocker in this one.

Here’s how you can watch all the action live on Saturday between Notre Dame and Albany:

Date: May 17

Start Time: 2:30 PM ET

Location: Hempstead, NY

Stadium: James Shuart Stadium
