The coaching career of Mark Jackson has seemingly come to a temporary end as the former Golden State Warriors head coach has agreed to a multi-year deal that will return him to ESPN following his exit from his former position. Jackson was working at ESPN as an analyst before leaving to take the job at Golden State, but now that they no longer want him out west, ESPN is gladly taking him back.
Mama, there goes that man. Mark Jackson will rejoin Mike Breen & Jeff Van Gundy for the rest of the NBA Playoffs. pic.twitter.com/1cziyUAH1i

Jackson will be returning to the announcing booth and assuming the duties as one of the network’s top analysts once again. Jackson’s tenure in Golden State was tumultuous and it probably shouldn’t have ended. But now that it has, we as fans still win since Jackson is coming back with the other thing he’s really good at — schooling us with a basketball education on a weekly basis.
