Josh Gordon to attend Cleveland Browns OTAs; appeal suspension

Cleveland Browns star wide receiver is patiently waiting to learn just how long he will be suspended for the upcoming season after failing yet another drug test from the league. However, while he waits, Gordon plans to report to the team’s organized team activities this week while he plans to appeal the pending suspension.

Gordon is expected to be facing a suspension that could keep him out for the entire 2014 NFL regular season, but Gordon’s agent Drew Rosenhaus has his appear ready, according to a report from Cleveland.com.

The Browns receiver is a repeat offender when it comes to violating the league’s drug policy, so there is also a possibility that the league could decide to give Gordon a similar suspension to Jacksonville Jaguars wide receiver Justin Blackmon.

Blackmon received an indefinite suspension from the league and must wait to be reinstated by NFL commissioner Roger Goodell.

It would not be out of the question to see Gordon face a similar fate.
