Now that the NBA’s Draft Lottery is here, the heat surrounding the 2014 NBA Draft will turn up.

Just before the lottery took place Jonathan Givony of Draft Express released one more mock draft, using the current draft order, which goes strictly by record.

Givony continues to have the Milwaukee Bucks selecting former Kansas Jayhawks’ swingman Andrew Wiggins with the top overall pick. Although Wiggins wasn’t the most productive player in college (he averaged 17.1 points, 5.9 rebounds and 1.5 assists per game) and many have questioned his ability to take a game over, he is the most talented player in the draft.

In what would have been the same order prior to the season, former Duke Blue Devils’ forward Jabari Parker. Parker, who averaged 19.1 points, 8.7 rebounds and 1.2 assists per game is a superior scorer, is probably more ready for the NBA game and will likely be the favorite to win the Rookie of the Year Award.

Givony has the Orlando Magic selecting Wiggins’ Kansas teammate, center Joel Embiid. Many have tabbed the Magic to select Australian point guard Dante Exum, who Givony projects to go with the next pick to the Utah Jazz, but passing on a talented big man like Embiid could be difficult. He averaged 11.2 points and 8.1 rebounds per game last season.
