The NBA Draft Lottery is tonight, but for the Chicago Bulls, they already know where their first round picks will be after they made the playoffs and own the first round pick of the Charlotte Bobcats.

The Bulls own picks No. 16 and No. 19 and according to K.C. Johnson of The Chicago Tribune could be trying to package both of those picks to move up in the draft.

“My sense is they will definitely try. I found it telling that general manager Gar Forman even said at the NBA draft combine that the Bulls wouldn’t be averse to possibly moving both picks if they determine creating additional salary-cap space is the best way to go this summer. There are a lot of possibilities as to what can happen. But I’d say the one scenario I don’t see happening is the Bulls simply adding two rookies. I think they will try to package the two picks to move up, trade one or both picks or, at the very least, draft one and stash the second pick overseas in Europe.”

If the Bulls are successful in their attempts to trade up, Gary Harris, Doug McDermott and Nik Stauskas could be shooters the Bulls covet in the lottery.
