PGA Tour: Georgia Bulldogs are dominating on the PGA Tour

This past weekend, Brendon Todd joined the ranks of Georgia Bulldogs who have won on the PGA Tour this season.  There are now five total players who have a degree from Georgia and a W: Bubba Watson, Harris English, Russell Henley, Chris Kirk, and Todd.

Bubba Watson finished up his degree while he was a professional, and graduated in 2008 with a degree in Consumer Economics.  Watson won the Northern Trust Open and The Masters for his fifth and sixth career victories.

Harris English graduated in 2011 with a degree in Consumer Economics.  English won the OHL Classic at Mayakoba for his second career win.

Russell Henley graduated in 2011 with a degree in Consumer Economics.  Henley won the Honda Classic in a dramatic three-way playoff with Rory McIlroy and Russell Knox.  He also won in his rookie season at the 2013 Sony Open in Hawaii.

Chris Kirk graduated in 2007 with a degree in Sports Business.  Kirk won the McGladrey Classic for his second career win.

Brendon Todd graduated in 2007 with a degree in Business Marketing.  Todd won the HP Byron Nelson Championship for his first career victory.

The season is only half-finished, so expect to see more wins from the Bulldogs.  Brian Harman, who graduated in 2009 with a degree in Finance, may be the next Georgia grad to join the list.
