Simply put, the 2013-14 NBA season for the Los Angeles Lakers was miserable. Kobe Bryant was non-existent while dealing with injury, the team finished 27-55 overall and their head coach, Mike D’Antoni, resigned after the organization wouldn’t pick up his future option.

To put it all in a little better perspective, some of the highlights of the Lakers’ season were delivered by someone who calls himself, “Swaggy P.” That says it all right there.

But there’s one restaurant in the state of California that seemed at first as if it had no idea what happened to the Lakers this season as they took out a full-page ad in the LA Times congratulating the team on an “amazing playoff run.”

When you look at the restaurant’s twitter account, though, it seems as if they in fact were aware of how bad the Lakers were this year, and this could be one of the ultimate troll jobs ever.

Now they purposefully sent this to a few more people via their twitter account, and they’re promoting it on Facebook as well, so whoever is behind this is a master at the are of trolling. Has to be, right?
