The Miami Heat are looking to push the Indiana Pacers up against the ropes tonight as a Game 4 win would mean the Heat are just a game away from their fourth straight NBA Finals berth. Indiana hasn’t gone down without a fight, for the most part, but the Heat have been needing to get production from all outlets to get past Indiana in two of the first three games.

More from Miami Heat

One players who hadn’t been putting in his fair share of production was Chris Bosh, but he turned it on in Game 4 and came out of the gate sprinting. Bosh, who had been sluggish in the first few games, was on fire in the first quarter as he at one point in time amassed 8 points in two minutes.

If you can’t believe it, and no one would blame you, here’s video evidence:

If Miami wants to finish off not only the Pacers but take home a third straight title, then they’ll need to get everyone working together to just go all out. Bosh hadn’t been doing that up to this point but he just turned in on in Game 4 to start things off and he gave Miami a boost they hadn’t seen in the first quarter of games in this series.

For the first time all series long, the Heat had a lead heading into the second quarter and that was in large part thanks to the performance Bosh turned in. Miami needs him to keep it up now, but it’s beyond encouraging to see him as on fire as he was in the first 12 minutes of the game.
