TUF Brazil 3 Finale: Fight card, date, start time and more

The Ultimate Fighting Championship is giving fight fans a rare event double-header on Saturday which results in a full day of mixed martial arts action. Kicking things off at noon is “UFC Fight Night 41: Munoz vs. Mousasi” before two new winners of The Ultimate Fighter are crowned at the “TUF Brazil 3 Finale.”

The finale takes place at Ibirapuera Gymnasium in Sao Paulo, Brazil.

Saturday’s event kicks off at 6:30 p.m. ET with a three preliminary bouts on UFC Fight Pass, before the action shifts to FOX Sports 1 for the remaining prelims.

The evening’s main card will take place on FOX Sports 1.

Season three of The Ultimate Fighter: Brazil was coached by heated rivals Chael Sonnen and Wanderlei Silva.

The “TUF Brazil 3 Finale” is headlined by a heavyweight bout between Stipe Miocic and Fabio Maldonado.

Miocic was originally expected to face former UFC heavyweight champion Junior dos Santos, but an injury forced dos Santos out of the bout and the always tough Maldonado decided to step up on short notice.
