New iPhone 6 images leaked

The iPhone 6 is only a few months away and with summer rolling around, the anticipation is building.

With Apple set to release more concrete details shortly, consumers are awaiting the next iteration of the iPhone with eager eyes. Thanks to Weibo, and user Gooey, we have some new images from the unannounced iPhone 6.

Although the iPhone 6 is rumored to come in multiple screen sizes, this leak seems to be concerning the 4.7 inch version of the new smartphone. Specifically, the images are pertaining to the 4.7 inch phone’s backlight components.

While the piece looks very similar to the iPhone 5S and 5C, it would stand to reason that this is either false information and the old technology being passed off as pieces for the 6, or they are legitimately for the new phone.

Apple is said to be making the iPhone 6 in both a 4.7 and a 5.5 inch version. The 4.7 inch version of the iPhone 6 will follow along the lines of its predecessors while the larger phone is an obvious target at the Android competition on the market.

The new phone from Apple will also run iOS 8 with enhanced processing capabilities. As with most advancements from Apple, it can be expected that the iPhone 6 will also tout an increased pixel density and clearer picture.

While we are still a few months away from the release of the next iPhone, the excitement has been growing for months. With the iPhone 6 being the most recent retooling of the Apple based phone, consumers will once again be treated to a new smartphone offering. The iPhone 5S and subsequent 5C were well received, and nothing seems to be point for anything less than the same for Apple’s iPhone 6.
