LeBron James may not be in Cleveland anymore, but he now has a friend there who he seems to be more attached to than we thought. Perhaps he’s merely a fan, but the connection between LeBron James and Cleveland Browns quarterback Johnny Manziel seems to be one of the stranger relationships we’ve seen in a long time.

It’s like if Michael Jordan had been Instagram BFFs with Jim Harbaugh back in the mid 90s or something, as the two worlds of Johnny Manziel and LeBron James colliding is always good for something interesting. For proof, look no further than LeBron once again donning Manziel inspired apparel, this time in the form of a Nike ‘Money Manziel’ shirt.

Many believe that the relationship between LeBron and Johnny Football could lead to LeBron coming back to Cleveland, as if we need another one of the many reasons that have ever been listed as to why LeBron James would come back to the Cavaliers.

While his relationship with Manziel is an ESPN wet dream come true, it seems he’s doing just fine for now admiring his pal from afar.

But the other thing to take away from this is that Johnny Manziel is already one of the NFL’s most marketable stars and he hasn’t even taken a snap as a No.1 quarterback yet in the pros. We can expect his merchandise to continue to be mass produced, but Browns fans will be more concerned with mass production on Sundays from Manziel, rather than shirts that show off his name.
