Tom Morello of Rage Against the Machine is a huge Chicago Cubs fan, and like the majority of Cubs fans, he is not happy with the team right now.

Not happy with the team? That’s putting it mildly. Tom Morello is flat out pissed at the Cubs’ ineptitude. You could almost say that he is…raging?

Well maybe not “raging.” Clearly he is bent out of shape though. He, like most Cubs fans, is sick of the losing.

One thing Tom doesn’t seem to care about is the controversy about Sammy Sosa. Are the Cubs snubbing Sammy Sosa? Tom doesn’t give a hoot. Good for him, side-stepping that manufactured controversy and sticking to the relevant point. The relevant point being, the Cubs suck, so who cares if they are mad at Sammy Sosa?

Obviously Tom Morello is not buying the Theo Epstein plan of building through the draft. He wants to see some results. He’s not going to be happy here in a few weeks when the Cubs trade away Jeff Samardzija.
