Michigan QB commit Alex Malzone takes shots at Ohio State on twitter

If not anything else, you have to love the intense rivalries that college football brings to the table, and few rivalries are more fierce than that between the Ohio State Buckeyes and Michigan Wolverines. Recently, Michigan 2015 QB commit Alex Malzone showed that he’s ready for what lies ahead in regards to the ongoing battle.

Malzone recently attend the Elite 11 event, which just happened to be held in Columbus, and he performed well enough and turned enough heads that he earned himself a spot in the coveted group.

Well, while on the way back after his impressive showing, Malzone took to his twitter account to let everyone know that he plans on being in Columbus in the future, and walking away just as happy, although next time while he’s leading Michigan to victory over the Buckeyes.

Of course, because he made the comments on social media, it wasn’t long before the Ohio State faithful chimed in with their not-so-polite responses to their future opponent, which didn’t seem to bother him all that much.

This is what you like to see out of a longstanding rivalry like that between these two schools, and now people are going to remember this is in the future when Malzone does step onto the field for the first time in Columbus to try and make his mark.

Well, the Ohio State fans will remember it, that’s for sure.

I’m no OSU fan, but UM people need to stop talking. They’ve been irrelevant for the last decade and owned by their 2 rivals. Win something on the field and shut your mouths.
