Ohio State Football: Braxton Miller challenges a Buckeyes’ recruit to a race

Hakeem Bailey is a 2015 college football recruit that could end up being a part of the Ohio State Buckeyes class. Now when you’re a potential incoming recruit, you definitely want to exude confidence to your potential new coaching staff. You don’t want them to perceive you as someone who lacks confidence in their ability to become a big-time college football player.

There are many ways you can go about this, however calling out a Heisman Trophy candidate is not one of them; and unfortunately that’s what Bailey did.

On his recent trip to Columbus, Bailey questioned whether or not quarterback Braxton Miller could actually run a 4.3 40-yard dash, as it states on a plaque in the football facilities.

Well, not to be embarrassed by someone that hasn’t even played at his level yet, Miller gave a simple, yet logical response.

It’s not as if Miller was going to ignore the call out.

Now the next time that Bailey is on the Ohio State campus, he better be ready because it doesn’t seem like this is something that the Buckeyes quarterback is going to let slip his mind.

Hopefully the coaching staff has the cameras rolling for when this goes down.
