Dallas Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo’s wife, Candice, is putting on a garage sale for the Nexus Recovery Center. They’re selling off some of Romo’s possessions, along with some of his BFF and teammate Jason Witten’s items as well, to raise money for a notable cause.

More from Dallas Cowboys

During an interview with 105.3 The Fan in Dallas, Mrs. Romo shared a little glimpse into the Cowboys quarterback’s world and said he was a hoarder and that is an obstacle to the garage sale.

“Yes,” Romo said. “Every golf club that he’s ever gotten, we cannot give away; every T-shirt from high school until now, we cannot get rid of. So what I usually do is, I do it while he’s gone and then I hold it upstairs for long periods of time and see if he notices it’s missing. If not, then I put it in the garage sale.”

And according to Mrs. Romo, there is one item in particular that might be the most coveted.

“Well, the big thing – whoever gets this is the prize winner – is our old love sack,” she said. “It’s a huge, ginormous basically bean bag that was kind of his couch for years before we were even married. It kind of like molded to his body just perfectly. When I got married and I moved in, I was like ‘that’s gotta go.’ So, we are finally getting rid of the love sack. Whoever gets that probably really needs to wash it really good. Or just get a whole new cover. Who knows what’s living in there.”

There you have it, Romo’s ‘love sack’ can be the next talking point of the party you through. And it probably also justifies why you’d have a bean bag chair.
