Fans are always finding new ways to show support for their favorite team, but one San Antonio Spurs fan took things to the next level by supporting his favorite player with a portrait of the team’s star, Tim Duncan, on his head.

More from NBA

The fan got a realistic image of Duncan cut into his hair by professional hair artist Rob Ferrell at Rob the Original Barbershop in San Antonio, Texas.

Rob created the haircut in preparation for the NBA Finals between the Spurs and Miami Heat which begins tonight, and to call it a work of art would be doing the haircut injustice.

We have seen some wild hairdos in the past, but this one takes the cake because of the color, accuracy and overall amount of effort that would have had to go into creating such a masterpiece.

If you don’t believe a hair cut can be impressive, just take a look for yourself in the image below:

Yes, that neck tattoo of the Spurs logo didn’t go unnoticed, either.

This is what we would like to call a true ride-or-die fan.

Hopefully the fan gets a great series and NBA championship to remember along with the hair cut.
